1. How much are the cookies?
Prices for each type of Cookies vary. Check out our Cookies page for their respective prices.


2. Do you make extra big or extra small sizes of the cookies?

3. Is there a minimum order?
No, there isn't a minimun order.


4. Do you have other cookies for sale other than those featured here?
No, but you can email us for the kind of cookies you are looking for and we will try to help you source it.


5. How long does the cookies last?
It depends on a lot of factors and varies for each type of cookies. But we suggest that the cookies be consumed on this festive season.


6. After the festive season, are the cookies still available?
Yes, but only for bulk orders. Do contact us at mrsleecookies@blogspot.com for more details.


7. Do you do special packaging?
Yes, we do. We can specially wrap the cookies if you want give them out as gifts. Just email us at mrsleecookies@gmail.com for more details.


8. Do you do bulk?
Yes, we do. We have special prices for bulk order. Please contact us at mrsleecookies@gmail.com for more details.


9. How do I order?
You order by emailing to mrsleecookies@gmail.com with the type and quantity of the cookies you want. Remember to include your contact details (eg. name, phone number) and location.


10. How will I receive my cookies?
We will pre-arrange a pick up point for you to get your cookies. It will (usually) be around Old Klang Road/OUG/Bukit Jalil/Kuchai Lama area. If you happened to live outside these areas, do let us know. We will try to accomodate other locations.


11. Do you do deliveries?
Yes, but unfortunately for the time being only to limited areas around Klang Valley (Old Klang Road/OUG/Bukit Jalil/Kuchai Lama). Delivery charges may apply.


12. Can you send the cookies by mail?
No, due to the nature of the cookies, we can't send them by mail.


13. How do I pay?
You pay only after we have confirmed your order (via email or phone). Payment can be made via atm/bank transfer/cash deposit or online banking. We will provide you with further instructions.


14. Can I pay cash on delivery?
Sorry, we only accept payment before delivery.
